Traditionally known as an elite Perth boys school we were surprised when Phoebe told us she and Liam would be getting married in the Guildford Grammar Chapel as she is an “old girl” of the school. Phoebe attended Guildford junior primary. A Guildford Chapel wedding was going to happen!
Phoebe had looked in Perth for a wedding gown but eventually decided to buy a Monique Lhuillier gown online from New York. She complimented the gown with Oscar De La Renta earrings and Christian Louboutin shoes, needless to say Phoebe looked amazing. The three bridesmaids wore gowns from Sana in Claremont Perth. Phoebe’s flowers were arranged by Black and Brown Flowers. They were off for a Guildford Chapel wedding.
As amazing as Phoebe looked, she was almost upstaged by her and Liam’s little girl Harper when Harper walked down the aisle with the most adorable smile to her dad Liam, with the wedding rings in hand. Harper was very much a part of the ceremony standing right there with Phoebe and Liam at the alter while they exchanged wedding vows and rings.
After the congratulations and hugs and kisses we made use of the beautiful Grammar School grounds for the wedding photos, fitting in a quick visit to the workshops for a few industrial photos for contrast. We finished the wedding photos down on the Swan River at sunset and Phoebe and Liam were treated to a fabulous sunset before heading into their reception at the South of Perth Yacht Club.
Guests enjoyed drinks overlooking the river before Liam and Phoebe made their entrance, starting the night off with the father daughter dance. On this occasion it was a double act with Liam and Harper taking to the dance floor with Phoebe and her dad. The night went like a dream and all the speeches were an entertaining insight to the wonderful families brought together by this marriage.
